select_staking_key_sets 🔒: Picks the key sets at indices out of the full deterministic sequence, preserving the order of indices. Panics on duplicate or out-of-range indices.

wait_for_epochs: Waits until a node has reached the given target epoch (exclusive). The function returns once the first event indicates an epoch higher than target_epoch. Panics if the event stream ends before reaching target_epoch.
